My name is Melissa Chambers.
I have compiled this site to protest the unfair treatment of my husband and myself by Wachovia. The purpose of this site is to inform & educate as to the policies and possible treatment to anyone who banks with Wachovia Bank, as well as to help organize thousands of unhappy Wachovia customers. Everything I write in this protest site about our situation will be true. As of today, my husband and I are risking everything we have worked for in order to fight Wachovia in court. We may lose that battle, however, Wachovia waged WAR on us and we plan to fight!
I make it my mission today forward to tell
EVERYONE I contact to BE WARY of Wachovia Bank, N.A., because
Wachovia Bank lied to us and Wachovia Bank will lie to you, too!

We are presently awaiting a jury to hear our case.
I made this site out of desperation to be heard.
That was 2006 and I had already been fighting Wachovia for years.
I never said I had all the answers but I have said that NO ONE else had them either. Nor did anyone want to stand up against the bank.
I refused to believe that Wachovia was above the law.
I refused to allow Wachovia to bully me around.
It has been a long, hard road, but I have faith that I am doing the right thing.
I believe the 99%ers movement is similar to my story in a few ways.
First of all, they refuse to believe that the banks are above the law.
Second, they intend on holding the banks accountable for their actions.
And third, they refuse to cower down any longer.
They may not have all the answers but hopefully, by fighting back,
even out of desperation,
the corruption that is out of control can be acknowledged and corrected.
I guarantee it will be a long, hard road,
but just like me and my website, they are here to stay.
DONT GET TOO COMFORTABLE, WELLS FARGO,
I bet there will be plenty right behind me that have similar claims.
I am laying the path for them.
So I guess I am the 99% too.
